HBS started to work in close collaboration with FIFA and the Local Organising Committee as early as 2001.The cooperation started with the update of the Technical Annex and continues through frequent coordinationmeetings and joint visits to the stadiums or to the IMC. The joint goal to "push the envelope" has led todevelop an "Understanding the Game" programme aimed at improving the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™ multilateral and unilateral coverages.
