Since 2007, HBS is organised according to four major divisions:

Host Broadcasting Division:

The Host Broadcasting Division is in charge of all Host Broadcast projects and first and foremost of the FIFA broadcast operations.


Production and Programming:

The Production and Programming Division is in charge of developing production capabilities both for Infront and other customers. These capabilities include New Media Services, as well as programming content.

These two divisions are supported by the Marketing Division and the Finance & Administration Division.

Francis Tellier has spent more than 30 years managing radio and TV broadcast operations, with a dedication to the design and delivery of new projects in the field of broadcasting and/or multimedia, where each of these projects combined a blend of strategic, business, technical and operational aspects.

Since 1989 - and his involvement in the host broadcasting of the '92 Albertville Winter Olympics as the Director in charge of General Planning and Venue Operations - his career has included the host broadcasting of major sport events of note. Francis Tellier was Managing Director of TVRS 98, the Host Broadcaster of the France 98 FIFA World CupTM. He is now CEO of HBS, the Host Broadcaster of 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea JapanTM, 2006 FIFA World Cup GermanyTM and 2010 FIFA World Cup South AfricaTM, as well as serving as CEO of DAGBS (Doha Asian Games Broadcast Services), Host Broadcaster of the 15th Asian Games Doha 2006.

Is in charge of HBS PR activities including Press Relations and the management of Special Events.

Produces and delivers information to Broadcast Partners.

Broadcast Liaison teams provide assistance and supervision of unilateral services at the venues.

Provides marketing support to other divisions and serves the direct needs of Broadcast Partners for services and facilities.

Booking, headed by Sylvie Aubrit, processes all booking-related information and coordinates the delivery of services and facilities.
