HBS is a TV production partner of the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC), organisers of the Ironman and Ironman 70.3 series. Over a three-year contract, covering 2012 to 2014, HBS will produce annually 14 magazine programmes focusing on Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events held in Europe and South Africa.

The events, consisting of a 3.86 km swim, a 180.25 km bike ride and a marathon 42.2 km run for Ironman and half-distances for Ironman 70.3, take place around the globe between April and the World Championship Finals in Kona, Hawaii each October.

In 2011, HBS worked with the WTC on a consultancy basis to assess the production set-up for Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events. The promotional spot which HBS produced to showcase the Ironman event in Nice, France took second place in the Best Sports Trailer/Teaser category at Sportel’s Golden Podium Awards in October 2011.
