I am interested in working for HBS. Where can I send my application? Please apply from the Jobs section of the HBS website by clicking on one of the positions listed. I was part of HBS staff during one of the previous events, e.g. 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™; do I need to re-send my CV to apply for future events? We have launched a new e-recruitment tool. Please take the time to submit your cv by clicking on one of the positions listed in the Jobs section of the HBS website. Your complete application will then be added to our database and by using your login and password you will be able to view and modify your application at any time. Can I apply for any long-term positions available during the preparation period of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™? No long-term positions for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ are available at the moment. All immediate openings as well as all future positions for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ and other HBS projects will be listed in our Jobs section. Please feel free to consult our website periodically. I have checked all your current open positions but none of them correspond to my experience. Can I send a spontaneous application? Yes, please consult the Jobs section of the HBS website regularly as some positions posted may be related to a variety of events covered by HBS. Will I receive an answer from the HBS HR Department after I send my application? Yes, HBS will confirm the receipt of your application. Will HBS keep my contact details and CV in a database even if there are no positions available at the time I send my application? Yes, HBS will keep your contact details and application in our database unless this is not your wish (please mention this on your application explicitly). How many people will work for HBS in 2014? Around 2000 people will work for HBS during the event, but most of these people will be contracted through service providers. However, several hundred positions will be contracted through HBS directly. Do I need to be able to speak English and/or other languages to apply? English is essential for all positions at HBS as English is the company language. All other languages are an asset. In any case, please specify your language skills in your application. Do I have access to my application once submitted to HBS? By using your login and password you will be able to view and modify your application at any time. What happens if I forget my username and password? Your username is your e-mail address. You can request a new password by clicking on “Forgot password?” How can I contact HR if I have a recruitment-related question? Please send an email to recruitment@hbs.tv
