HBS has successfully completed its coverage of the FIFA Women’s World Cup China 2007, which ended on 30 September.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup China 2007 was played in five venues with sixteen teams competing across 32 matches. Production specifications were prepared by HBS for FIFA. CCTV (Chinese Central Television) was the designated local Host Broadcaster in charge of the multilateral production and the provision of unilateral services to Media Rights Licensees (MRLs). All bookings for unilateral services and satellite distribution were taken by HBS.

HBS is now working on the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup which takes place in Brazil between 2-11 November. The draw for this event was made at the end of August and details are available here.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ will be in the spotlight in November with the Preliminary Draw in Durban on 25 November, for which HBS is the Host Broadcaster. Full details on the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ are available by clicking here.
