Purpose

HBS’ CSR strategy is managed by a dedicated Committee led by the Information and Communication Senior Manager and the Executive Management Office Associate Director.

We are looking for a Coordinator who will support the global HBS CSR strategy implementation and will be responsible for coordinating and following up on CSR Action Plan milestones for social, local development/legacy, governance and environmental projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Information and Communication Senior Manager and works in close liaison with the Executive Management Office Associate Director
  • Organises and participates in the CSR Committee meetings
  • Organises and participates in sub-committees/groups to ensure delivery of CSR action points
  • Liaises daily/weekly with internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely delivery of initiatives
  • Follows up on the Action Plan to update KPIs in our online tracking tool
  • Liaises with external CSR agencies to ensure the long-term vision is adhered to
  • Contributes to CSR-related initiatives and communications (organising, documentation, etc.) to support internal communication
  • Delivers content for the yearly CSR report
  • Operates market benchmarking for certifications or initiatives benefiting HBS
  • Leads carbon footprint calculation efforts and plans reduction initiatives with relevant department(s)
  • Becomes the reference for internal stakeholders on all CSR topics; provides speakers with elements to promote HBS actions in all CSR aspects

Position Relevant Skills

  • Proficient in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Additional language(s) beneficial
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 and all Office applications
  • Skilled at fostering a cooperative atmosphere
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Well-organised and a quick learner
  • Capacity to defend a project in front of stakeholders
  • Proficient with tools, technology and data management
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
