HBS is involved in the production of many events across the globe, most notably the FIFA World Cup 26TM, Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027TM.
Purpose
At HBS, our Workplace Design & Architecture team plays a crucial role in creating innovative and functional spaces where broadcast magic happens. From designing state-of-the-art technical facilities to crafting comfortable workspaces for international broadcasting teams, we ensure that every square metre supports the seamless production of world-class sports events. We’re looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of broadcast facilities at major sporting events worldwide.
Main Activities / Responsibilities (Primary Role of the Job)
Innovation in Broadcast Architecture
- Transform complex broadcast requirements into practical, innovative workplace designs
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using cutting-edge tools like AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with international teams to develop sustainable and cost-effective solutions
- Contribute to the future of broadcasting by exploring AI-powered design tools
Project Excellence
- Work closely with senior architects to ensure designs meet both technical and human needs
- Participate in site visits to monitor implementation and maintain quality standards
- Help create engaging visual presentations for stakeholders
- Support the development of decoration and signage concepts that enhance the broadcast environment
Position Relevant Skills (Education / Work Experience / IT)
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- You have two+ years of experience in workplace design or architectural projects
- You’re proficient in CAD and Revit (Sketchup knowledge is a plus)
- You have experience with workplace design, particularly in technical or media environments
- You’re comfortable with English (additional languages are welcome)
