You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of the following events: FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.
For this job you must:
- Have strong technical background in broadcast operations with understanding of video/audio setups
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate in our international environment
- Be customer-service oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, even under pressure

The HBS Booking & Liaison department is your gateway to shaping how the world experiences the FIFA World Cup 26™. We’re the crucial link between Media Partners and the technical implementation of their broadcast needs.
Working from our Boulogne-Billancourt office (October 2025-May 2026) and then moving to the International Broadcast Centre in Dallas, USA during the tournament, you’ll ensure that TV, digital and radio partners from around the globe receive flawless technical support for their broadcasting requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
Technical Coordination & Excellence
- Serve as the technical backbone of our Booking department, coordinating with HBS technical departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to Media Partners
- Develop technical leaflets that clearly communicate specifications for each category of service
- Validate the technical feasibility of Media Partners’ standard and special requests
Broadcast Operations Management
- Oversee critical technical setups including venue facilities, broadcast compounds, contribution services, and digital solutions
- Ensure proper implementation of satellite distribution and streaming services
- Apply your expertise to solve complex technical challenges in real-time
Documentation & Implementation Support
- Create comprehensive reports and operational instructions for venue teams responsible for unilateral service setup and delivery
- Bridge communication between technical teams and Media Partners to maintain service quality
- Anticipate potential technical issues and develop contingency plans

- You have experience in broadcast operations, especially for major sporting events
- You understand broadcast video/audio setups and telecom technologies for contribution/distribution
- You’re familiar with IP-based services, satellite distribution, and streaming technologies (SRT)
