Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France

Purpose

The Data Model & Dashboard Specialist, under the supervision of the Head Of  Platforms and Solutions, operates transversally within the Department, the Division and the Company to design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards that provide insights and support decision-making across the corporate organisation and projects.

The Data Model & Dashboard Specialist work in close relation with:

• “Product Owners“ and business stakeholders to identify their needs
• Platforms & Solutions’ resources to connect and integrate with their systems

Main Activities / Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data models that integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and consistency
• Create and maintain the HBS data map
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to support data analysis and reporting
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other visualization tools
• Provide data visualization best practices and guidance to business users and analysts
• Collaborate with Platforms & Solutions’ resources and other stakeholders (corporate and projects) to ensure data availability, accuracy, and reliability
• Document data models, dashboards, and data sources
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and performance problems
• Manage external specialised resources when required

Position Relevant Skills (Education / Work Experience / IT)

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and data analysis for various needs such as financial analysis, stock management, HR dashboards, logistics dashboards, etc.
• Proficient in Database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and data modeling tools such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, Azure Data Studio (or similar)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Power Automate and Data Flows automation in general
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data quality standards
• Excellent command of  Excel and Pack Office
