You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of the following events : FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.
Purpose
We are expanding our digital footprint through Skroller, our innovative digital agency launched to bring HBS’s world-class production expertise to the commercial market. After successfully providing digital services to major organisations like FIFA, we’re diversifying our portfolio and need a strategic sales professional to help us grow.
Skroller operates across four key pillars:
- Content: Helping clients activate digital content around their athletes and events
- Production: Creating films and programs for platforms like YouTube
- Campaigns & Consultancy: Driving financial growth and engagement for clients
- Extended Reality: Pushing boundaries with innovative digital experiences

Main Activities/Responsibilities
Business Development
- Drive the sales strategy for our digital portfolio, considering our unique products and market position
- Formulate tailored sales solutions and create necessary tools to execute the strategy Expand our client base beyond our current portfolio
- Establish and raise the profile of HBS and Skroller in previously untapped areas like branded content
- Identify gaps in the market where our skills and reputation can create value
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key client accounts
- Help clients understand the full possibilities offered by our content and products
- Develop HBS’s external image and increase visibility of our innovations in the market
Performance Tracking
- Participate in setting and reporting on KPIs
- Create marketing presentations of achievements
- Analyse client feedback to improve our business approach
Innovation and Guidance
- Collaborate with HBS divisions to propose innovative ideas
- Offer guidance on adapting services to client needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to inform strategy

You are the ideal candidate if:
- You thrive in a sales environment and are passionate about digital technologies and tools
- You possess exceptional communication skills with a strong customer relationship orientation
- You are autonomous and excel in dynamic, challenging environments You know how to manage budgets and revenues forecasting
- You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape including branded content, league growth strategies, and digital offerings
- You have worked as a digital salesperson for a league or managed content for major brands
- You can identify strategic moves and market opportunities
