Financial Controller – Projects & Corporate

Are you a finance professional with a passion for project-based work and cross-functional collaboration? We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking across a mix of production, digital, and corporate activities.

About the Role

  • Oversee financial controlling for projects, divisions, and French subsidiaries within the group
  • Partner with operational teams on budgeting and cost management for production and digital projects
  • Lead budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost reconciliation
  • Contribute to corporate controlling tasks, including overhead analysis and group-level reporting
  • Perform monthly reforecasts and cash flow forecasts
  • Support management reporting and prepare ad-hoc financial insights
  • Help improve accuracy and transparency in financial reporting across business units
  • Assist with special projects, reporting packs, and financial documentation
  • Collaborate closely with accounting and other internal teams
  • Work alongside and support the Manager Controller in key deliverables

What makes a successful candidate?

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international setting
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (French GAAP and/or IFRS)
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Comfortable in a multicultural, collaborative setting
  • Curious, eager to learn, and always up for a challenge
