What is HBS ?
You’ve probably watched a ⚽ football match at some point in your life.
If it was a World Cup game, chances are it was filmed and produced by HBS (Host Broadcast Services) 🎥.
We are the host broadcaster behind some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including:
FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.
Behind every live broadcast lies a complex ecosystem of tools, workflows, and data — and that’s where our internal digital solutions play a critical role.
Why join our Digital & Internal Solutions Team? 🚀
At HBS, digital tools are not “nice to have” — they are essential to how we operate projects, coordinate teams, and deliver events watched by millions worldwide.
Our Internal Solutions team designs, builds, and maintains low/no-code tools that support corporate functions and large-scale event operations. These tools help teams work smarter, standardise processes, and rely on accurate, well-structured data — even in high-pressure, live-event environments.
As we continue to grow and digitalise our operations, we are looking for an Internal Solutions Analyst to help us shape, scale, and support these internal platforms.
This is a role at the crossroads of technology, operations, and people.
🤝 Your Responsibilities
As an Internal Solutions Analyst, you will support the full lifecycle of internal low/no-code tools — from configuration and deployment to user support and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Internal Solutions Specialist, project teams, and corporate functions to ensure our digital tools are reliable, scalable, and truly adopted by users.
🛠 Project Tool Deployment & Support
- Configure and test internal low/no-code tools aligned with project and operational needs
- Train and support project teams (notably PM teams) in day-to-day tool usage
- Provide troubleshooting and ensure tools remain stable and reliable during live operations
🔄 Tool Evolution & Continuous Improvement
- Collect user feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to tool roadmaps and coordinate evolutions with internal teams or external partners
- Test new features, validate deliveries, and keep documentation up to date
🧠 Solution Design & Low/No-Code Development
- Analyse business needs and translate them into workflows or digital solutions
- Design and build applications using low/no-code platforms (or supervise external developments)
- Manage backlogs, test, deploy, train users, and ensure long-term support
Is it really for me?
- You enjoy turning business needs into practical digital solutions
- You’re comfortable working with low/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint
- You like being the bridge between users, processes, and technology
- You’re organised, autonomous, and comfortable handling multiple requests in parallel
- You value clear documentation, structured data, and continuous improvement
You don’t need to be a hardcore developer — but you do need to enjoy building, fixing, improving, and supporting tools that people actually use.
Why HBS? 🌍
At HBS, you’ll work in:
- An international, project-driven environment
- A unique context combining technology, operations, and live sports
- Teams where ownership, collaboration, and pragmatism matter
Your work will directly contribute to the digitalisation and standardisation of how we deliver world-class sporting events.
