The Internal Solution Manager has a key technical and organisational role within the Solutions and Platforms Department.

He/she will interact with HBS stakeholders to identify the needs, challenges, and opportunities, lead the functional analysis, identify options and support  the decision-making (market solutions, internal developments in low/no code, hybrid solutions etc.).

He/she ensures that our portfolio of solutions is designed, developed, tested,  implemented, maintained, documented, and evolves according to the needs of our company and end-users as well as to state of the development industry standards.

Under the supervision of the Head Of  Platforms & Solutions, he/she will manage the Internal Solutions Analyst while working closely with other  resources of the Department and the Division to ensure the best integration of the solutions under its responsibility within the company eco-system (functionally and technically).

He/she will manage external providers and specialised resources required by our portfolio of solutions.

Main Activities / Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders of the company in multiple areas of expertise to define the requirements, scope, and objectives of the internal solutions and align them with the strategic goals and vision of the company
  • Design and develop an innovative approach that addresses the needs and challenges of the users and the company, using the best practices, technologies and solutions available (internal, external, hybrid).
  • Manage the project lifecycle of the internal solutions, from planning and budgeting to testing and deployment to evaluation and feedback.
  • Ensure that the internal solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards and expectations of the users and the organisation, notably that all project users of our solutions are served according to their requirements.
  • Manages the roadmap of evolution for our internal solutions
  • Monitor and measure the performance and impact of the internal solutions and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement and optimisation.

Position Relevant Skills (Education / Work Experience / IT)

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience designing, developing, and implementing internal solutions, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management, business analysis, systems design, and user experience.
  • Proficient in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Low / No code approach
