You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of the following events : FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.
Essential Skills
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere and Photoshop) and basic editing skills
- Have previous experience in TV production or content creation, with a strong understanding of football
- Be detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
Purpose
Our Production Department specialises in creating compelling non-live content that brings the beautiful game to life for millions of viewers worldwide. As we prepare for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026, we’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Junior Producer to join our team. You’ll be part of crafting the stories that surround these major tournaments, from pre-match content to post-game highlights.
Main Activities/Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Work with senior producers on all phases of broadcast production, from pre- to post-production, including editing and content development
- Creative Development: Research trends, contribute fresh ideas, and help maintain our high broadcast standards
- Technical Production: Handle media management, basic editing tasks, and quality control of broadcast materials
- Documentation: Create and maintain production documents, presentations, and guidelines
- Supplier Management: Review content from external suppliers and collaborate with production companies and freelancers
Position Relevant Skills (Background & Experience)
- Are a true football enthusiast with a keen eye for storytelling
- Have experience in TV production, marketing, or content creation Excel at research and enjoy discovering new content trends
- Can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Are comfortable working in an international environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Are proficient with standard office tools and willing to learn broadcast-specific software
