You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of the following events : FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.

Essential Skills

  • Have strong technical and editorial knowledge of production workflows and large-scale productions
  • Have experience as a Producer on high-profile productions
  • Be fluent in English (Spanish and French proficiency is a plus)

As we gear up for major tournaments including the FIFA World Cup 26™ and the Rugby World Cup 2027, we’re searching for a talented Producer to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional broadcast content that brings these global events to life. Working alongside industry veterans, you’ll help shape how the world experiences these iconic sporting moments. This is your chance to be part of the team that creates broadcast history!

Main Activities/Responsibilities

Production Excellence & Content Management

  • Work closely with Executive & Senior Producers to manage and enhance content services
  • Coordinate technical, artistic, and financial resources to deliver quality production within deadlines
  • Maintain editorial control over a range of live content deliverables
  • Implement quality control processes for match coverage and content
  • Define camera plans and multilateral feeds for optimal viewing experiences
  • Develop and implement best practices aligned with HBS production guidelines
  • Collaborate with the non-live production team to create synergies across different areas

Workflow Development & Technical Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, third-party vendors, and clients
  • Develop production workflows for all live centralized broadcast deliverables
  • Create and implement event-time replay guidelines and staff training programs
  • Support editorial teams with content ideas for multilateral feeds
  • Oversee centralised production operations including replay server/network
  • Manage multilateral feed deliverables during operational phases
  • Organise and schedule staff and facilities efficiently

Position Relevant Skills (Background & Experience)

  • Understanding of EVS workflows and knowledge of football coverage direction principles
  • Tournament experience with a focus on sports productions
  • Experience in client-facing environments requiring diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel, including potential long-term stays
  • Flexibility, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between multiple projects seamlessly
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience with production paperwork
  • Openness to continuous adaptation and evolution of existing procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work minimum 3 days/week in London or Paris/Boulogne office
  • Passion for sports and commitment to broadcasting excellence
