As a Production Coordinator with HBS, you will play a key role in delivering the energy, emotion, and excitement that define the FIFA World Cup™.

This role – supporting the Live-Centralised Production Team - requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Production Support & Organisation

Support the Production Team with daily operational and administrative tasks
Collaborate closely with all relevant HBS divisions/departments and sub-contractors to ensure effective integration and information flow
Support planning, logistics, and troubleshooting pre-event in Paris and tournament-time at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas
Organise and deliver staff training/briefings to ensure all teams are well-prepared for live operations
Prepare, distribute, and maintain call sheets, schedules, and other key operational documents
Assist with budget tracking and cost control, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices

Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail: rigorous in project planning and follow-up

Adaptability: able to adapt to fast-paced environments and last-minute changes

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes and documentation : Running Orders, Cue Sheets, Call Sheets, Project Management Tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness and availability to travel internationally and work extended hours during tournament periods
